NBA $6,000 Tuesday Best Buys
A terrific Tuesday awaits with 11 games on deck for the Draftstars NBA $6K Tuesday contest. There are some great matchups on the day as well, with none better than the Cleveland and Toronto contest. The two best teams in the East come into this one in contrasting form and might be the best chance Toronto get at the champs.
Here is a team you may consider for the NBA Fever $6K+ Tuesday competition
Point Guard
Kemba Walker ($15,500)
The Charlotte Hornets point guard has been one of the stars of the NBA season thus far. A key reason for his early season success has been his efficient shooting from outside the arc. However, his form has slightly tapered off over the past week but he gets a dream matchup against the Dallas Mavericks who are the worst team in the league. A double-double and a three-point barrage is on the cards.
Sean Kilpatrick ($8,700)
Sean Kilpatrick: Professional bucket getter. If you can get buckets, you can hang around in the NBA and that is what Sean Kilpatrick is finding out. Against a Washington team that is poor defensively, Kilpatrick will have an opportunity to put up numbers and maybe even lead the Nets to an upset win
Shooting Guard
Avery Bradley ($13,100)
Avery Bradley is quickly establishing himself as one of the best fantasy shooting guards in the league and it has been on the back of his rebounding. Averaging a tick under eight rebounds per game, he is as consistent as they go. In a game that will have plenty of possessions against the Rockets, Bradley will have ample opportunity to do work on both ends.
Andrew Harrison ($5,000)
With Mike Conley out injured indefinitely, Andrew Harrison is the point guard for Memphis in the foreseeable future. That means that the ball is going to be in his hands and it is almost impossible for him to not put up some stats. At that price, he is a must-have.
Giannis Antetokounmpo ($15,900)
The Greek Freak just keeps getting better and better. If it wasn’t for Russell Westbrook, he would be the most talked about fantasy prospect in the NBA. Playing the point guard position, he will be way too strong for Tony Parker and cause havoc and may even lead the Bucks to an upset win.
Tony Snell ($5,000)
Another Milwaukee prospect, Tony Snell is hardly going to set the world on fire but will be dependable for your Draftstars lineup. Playing starter’s minutes, he can connect on a deep ball and may be good for 20 fantasy points.
Power Forward
JaMychal Green ($8,900)
Coming off a big double-double performance against the Lakers, Green gets another opportunity against the Pelicans to continue his breakout season. His ability to stretch the floor and hit threes appeals to Memphis. A double-double performance is not out of the question.
Draymond Green ($14,250)
He might be one of the most polarising figures in the NBA, but one thing is for certain and that is that Draymond Green is a fantasy stud and contributes in multiple categories on the stat sheet. In a matchup against the struggling Pacers, it will be time for Draymond to do his thing and remind everyone why he is such a fantastic player.
Centre
Brook Lopez ($13,400)
Brook Lopez has reinvented himself this season as a three-point threat and in turn has made his post game even more lethal. The Nets love getting up and down the court and they will have willing partners in the Wizards who are equally allergic to playing defence. A 30 point, 10 rebound game is definitely not out of the question for Lopez.
