Here is a team you may consider for the NBA $6k+ Tuesday competition

Point Guard

Isaiah Thomas ($15,550)

The biggest little man in the game, Thomas has been on a tear lately and looks to be single-handedly keeping the Celtics in the playoff race with his MVP-calibre play. After hitting a game-winner last game to get Boston the win his confidence will be sky high. Averaging over 30 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds per game for up 46.4 fantasy points, you can pick Thomas and be safe in the knowledge he will go big again against Charlotte.

George Hill ($13,150)

The Utah Jazz man has been on fire this season, but with a number of injuries forcing him to miss large chunks of the season, we haven’t been able to see Hill string together consistent performances. When healthy, Hill has been great, averaging an impressive 18.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game playing either in the starting line-up or as the 6th man. With the Jazz playing great basketball look for Hill to again be a focal point against Phoenix.

Shooting Guard

Devin Booker ($10,500)

The baby-faced Booker has become a leader for the young Suns team and is a big factor on both ends of the court using his athleticism and speed to impact the game. With two back-to-back 39-point games, and going over 20 points in his last 5 games, you can expect Booker to go big again as his confidence is sky-high. Booker has shown that he can get it done a number of ways whether it is the 3-point shot or getting to the bucket and putting it in from close. Expect Booker to get it done again here against Utah and be the main man on offence.

J.J Redick ($8,850)

Sharpshooter Redick has taken on more of an attacking role with the injury to Blake Griffin and the Clippers are running a few more plays to get Redick open and shooting the long ball. In five of his last six games, Redick has had 19 points or more as well as averaging a touch over 4 assists per game and 2 rebounds to be averaging just under 29 fantasy points per game. Against OKC, expect a fast-paced game with plenty of offence which should suit Redick perfectly.
al-horford

Small Forward

Gordon Hayward ($14,250)

The spearhead of the Utah Jazz team has been on fire lately and comes in on the back of some fantastic form. In his previous game, he was able to have 7 assists as well, which equalled his second-best haul of the season. Even more impressive is his shooting percentage over this stretch, as Hayward has shot 65.9% from the field and an impressive 60% from the 3 point line in an incredible display of shooting. Against a young Phoenix team, Hayward should thrive and be able to be up around the 40 fantasy point mark with his all-round game.

P.J Tucker ($6,650)

Tucker has played a variety of roles this season for the Suns but has settled back into a role off the bench and is a big part of the Suns second unit. While Tucker cannot be expected to have a huge night in any one statistic, he is able to provide consistent scoring in all areas of the game and fill up most stat lines to keep him playing around 25-30 minutes per game. Averaging just under 18 fantasy points a game on the season, Tucker has been able to eclipse that mark in 6 of his last 8 games and should again be able to do it against the Jazz.

Power Forward

Al Horford ($13,750)

Horford has been a constant danger for a Celtics team looking to push towards championship contention. While his 16 points and 7 rebounds per game are impressive, it is Horford’s ability to contribute with assists that sets him apart from other big men in the league. Averaging a career high 4.9 assists per game, Horford is able to work in the pick and roll with guards Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley and can be on both ends of the play. Against Charlotte, expect Horford to go big in the paint and also step out and shoot his ever improving 3 point shot.

Spencer Hawes ($5,950)

Hawes has seen a resurgence in minutes over the last 4 games and as a result has once again become a fantasy-relevant player. Hawes had fallen behind both Frank Kaminsky and Roy Hibbert in the rotation but has been thrust back into the line-up a lot more as his outside shot gives the Hornets a different dimension. Averaging 17 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists over his last 3 games in just over 25 minutes, look for Hawes to again be active on the offensive end of the court against Boston.

Centre

Enes Kanter ($11,250)

The big man from the Thunder may start on the bench but don’t let that fool you into not picking him to play for your fantasy team. Over the last 6 games Kanter is averaging 18.5 points, 9.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game which are all in excess of his season averages. With his ability to stuff the stat sheet in every category, you can expect Kanter to provide a high number of fantasy points for your team. Kanter has put up 3 double-doubles in his last 5 games and expect his strong form to continue.
