Here is a team you may consider for the NBA $9k+ Tuesday competition

Point Guard

James Harden ($23,900)

When you score over 100 fantasy points in your previous game of basketball, you demand to be part of all fantasy line-ups in your next game. That’s what James Harden did against the New York Knicks and he’ll get a chance to back it up against the Wizards who play one of the most up-tempo styles in the NBA. He is a triple-double machine and a must have.

Michael Carter-Williams ($5,350)

MCW got the start for the Bulls over Rajon Rondo because of his defensive intensity. In his earlier days, MCW proved to be a fantasy stud with his ability to rebound and pass the ball, despite his below par shooting. So basically he is a mini Rajon Rondo with a better attitude. With the opportunity he is going to get, he is worth having.

Shooting Guard

Justin Holiday ($5,600)

The Knicks are decimated by injuries at the moment and that means that there is more time for guys like Justin Holiday in the rotation. His last three games have seen him go above 25 fantasy points and will look to continue that against the Magic. He’s cheap and will do the job for our team.

Malcolm Brogdon ($5,400)

If a rookie notches a triple-double you sit up and take notice and that is precisely what Malcolm Brogdon did in his previous appearance. Having stepped into the starting lineup in the absence of Matthew Dellavedova, Brogdon produced the best game of his career. With another start and more minutes earned, Brogdon is going to be the most picked player in the tournament
giannis

Small Forward

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($19,100)

If the Greek Freak had applied himself a little better, he could have had a quadruple-double in his last start. While he flirts with triple-doubles on a nightly basis, he had a career-high seven blocks and continues to get better and better. Whilst he is a fun player to own and watch, he is also one of the best players in the NBA.

DeAndre Liggins ($5,000)

Starting in place of the injured J.R. Smith, Liggins is trying to find his place in the Cavaliers starting lineup but with every game he seems slightly more comfortable. He is very limited offensively but might be able to provide steals and rebounds for fantasy purposes. He is super-cheap and fairly risky, but on the possibility that he reaches 20 fantasy points, he is worth his weight in gold.

Power Forward

Kevin Love ($17,050)

Kevin Love is back to producing like he was back in Minnesota and is averaging 42 fantasy points per game and in his last six games he has upped his rebounds to nearly 13 per game. Against the Pelicans who struggle with the concept of defence, Love has the potential to have a 30-10 game and dominate for our Draftstars team.

Montrezl Harrell ($5,900)

With the injury to Clint Capela, there was an opening at centre for the Rockets and it looked like veteran Nene would win the spot. However, Harrell has outshined the Brazilian and has now won the starting spot. With the increased opportunity, his average has jumped over by 11 points in his last six games compared to his season average, making him undervalued for what he can produce.

Centre

Nikola Jokic ($12,450)

Despite a difficult matchup against the Warriors, Jokic is still a must-have due to the numbers that he is currently producing. In his last six games he is averaging 40 fantasy points per game and that includes two dud games where he struggled with foul trouble. Foul trouble is the only thing that can stop Jokic and he is a triple-double threat with his freakish passing ability. This guy might be the next great big man of the NBA.
