PGA GOLF $8,000+ BYRON NELSON

Salaries have been readjusted for maximum fun for a Byron Nelson tournament that offers plenty of value.

Imagine an NRL or AFL contest where half the players on the field didnt play past half time – and you had no guarantee who they would be!

Welcome to DFS Golf, a game that is all about getting six (6) players through to Saturday.

Yes you can cash with one player missing the cut but it’s tough and to be up the pointy end, you want 6/6 through to Saturday.

Reeeeeeeeallly wanted Hideki Matsuyama (pictured) here as he grades out the best for me but with so many mid-rangers capable of winning I just don’t want to take the risk on a cheaper player who bombs – all about the balanced build for this lineup.

The Lineup

Rafael Cabrera-Bello ($17,000): Likely to be a pretty chalky play this week with most sites touting him as a value play. Has only missed two cuts this year and is ranked in the top 10 SG: Approach and SG: OTT. Putter can be cold as ice but if it does heat up he can win this.

SungJae Im ($18,300): One of the best ball strikers in the field, 21st in Par 5 Scoring, top 30 in Birdie or Better, SG: Total and is ranked #12 in SG: Approach. Heritage hangover could leave him relatively low-owned?

Matt Jones ($15,100): Has made 9 straight cuts just super consistent and at his price we almost only need him to make the cut to pay off his pricetag. T13 here last year.

Russell Knox ($16,500): Knox is ranked #2 in Proximity which means he should have plenty of great looks for bird here. T16 in 2018 in this event. Can win this. Great value.

Abraham Ancer ($17,200): This is our POD play here. Ancer can shoot crazy low scores and is coming off a missed cut at the Heritage so should be low-owned. T18 at the Dessert Classic here and T42at Valero so played well the last two times he came to Texas. Likely to be sub 4% so if he wins it, which he can, this team will go big.

Brian Stuard ($15,700):Ranked #3 for SG Approach and #1 for Proximity in this field which at his price, given the value that we are placing on approach shots makes him one of the best value of the field.
