INDIA v AUSTRALIA 3RD ODI: TIPS & SELECTIONS
India hold a 2-0 lead in the five-match ODI series and can take a unassailable three-game advantage with victory in Ranchi on Friday
A clinical chase gave India a six-wicket win in the opener and they repeated the victory when winning by eight runs in the second game.
There is $3,000 in the jackpot tournament for the 3rd ODI as well as Free to Play and fun tournaments.
We pick out some of the players you should have in your selections for the 3rd ODI.
Virat Kohli ($24,300)
A clinical 40th ODI century from captain Virat Kohli was the highlight of the Indian innings of 250 on a sluggish pitch. There could be more of the same unless the Australian attack can find a way to stop him.
Usman Khawaja ($15,500)
Usman Khawaja gave a sold start for Australia in the second ODI with 38, only for the middle order to be unable to build on the foundations. He has now got five 30+ scores in his last six ODIs and he looks a reliable selection to be in the runs once again.
Vijay Shankar ($13,500)
Vijay Shankar (46 off 41 balls) played a sublime knock in India’s win in the second ODI and came back to bowl a nerveless final over in the victory. His figures of 2/15 make him a must in your selections.
Pat Cummins ($16,400)
Pat Cummins (4/29) enjoyed the responsibility of opening the bowling in the second ODI and he should be given the new ball once again. With his handiness with the bat also to consider, Cummins should pick up plenty of points for Australia.
